Recently had 2 Dark Blue doors fitted .nTop job from ordering to surveying to fitting.nIf you want a good quality product, fitted well, and no hassle, then use this company.nI have no hesitation in recommending Coral Windows.
Can’t recommend Coral highly enough! They provided a first class service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the quality of the work they carried out for us was exceptional. We cannot thank them enough.
Really disappointed with Coral. Had an orangery fitted in 2019 and it has been leaking ever since. Roofers, fittings etc etc. Finally decided to review the issue with a camera. Huge cuts made in the plaster and decided they could see the issue. And now nothing. Husband chasing most days and excuses - too wet, waiting for membranes. No courtesy calls to keep us updated . We chase them. It’s nearly 2 weeks and now the whole wall is soaked and smelling. Brown water dripping almost constantly. We feel let down and ignored. Happy to take your money but slow to resolve issues. Would not use again.
I had a front door fitted by Coral and to be fair made a very good job of it different workmen ,so I decided to have more work done by them . And I did just this, several months later.nHowever I’ve waited a year to post this following review as I felt so traumatised by the workmanship of Coral windows that I didn’t want to have any more work done by anyone ever !nThe guys that came to replace my windows and french doors were most disrespectful of my house and property. They acted most unprofessional, yanking windows out by force , and left me having to repair stuff after they had come out again to repair it , following installation. The pictures speak for themselves , some of this was redone by them ,following me producing these pictures, but this is how they had initially left it .nNot acceptable at all. I had them throwing old bits of window out from upstairs , throwing dregs off tea onto my plants, and leaving copious amounts of debris around outside including old window bits and lots of screws! Bricks were dislodged and the french doors were built on the loose bricks , a tiled windowsill was broken and left until I complained and they put a new plastic windowsill over the top of it … an absolutely waste of money !nI thought I’d done my research on this company and at the time couldn’t see a bad review . I understand there is always a chance of some damage when having new windows but not to this extent . Make your own mind up ,but please do your research prior to having expensive work done .nnEDIT: I had my windows fitted august bank holiday 2021 surely you have records dating back one year ? This is a true and honest review not from a rival company!!
Well done coral,I love my new door and window. After a couple of small niggles,resolved so quickly. The fitters were great,the service manager at Sheffield kept us in the loop,impressed by the customer care. Recommend coral absolutely
