Writing this on behalf of my whole family, my grandma currently lives here and what a delight the home is she is well looked after any little issues we have had have been dealt with straight away. They even went out of their way to decorate her room and others rooms to make even more comfortable at no cost to ours. Would definitely recommend others to bring their family members here. The staff are lovely and polite
I'm writing on behalf on my whole family, and although Mum never made it into Springfield the staff couldn't have been lovelier. We're pretty sure Mum would have liked living there, everybody was so warm and welcoming and the home was immaculate. We'd like to also take this opportunity to thank the staff for their time and patience and kind words after Mums passing.
What can I say you should be so proud of yourselves Springfield.The most professional ,caring staff you could wish to meet.nLooked after my Mum for 3years with respect and dignity plus love and cuddles if needed.So clean and the cleaner never stops.nLovely meals ,nLooked after us as family too.nAnd we’re there all the way until the end.nI can’t thank you all enoughnI can’t just name one member of staff that stands out as you were all outstandingnThank you AllnXxxx
Our mum couldn't have been in better care than at Springfield. Professional, but very compassionate too. Not only was my mum cared for to the highest standard, but the staff took care of me and my sisters too while we visited, and ultimately on the final days of our mum's life. They could not have been more helpful and comforting. I hope we weren't too much of a burden during your busy days and nights. Thanks to Nikki, Rachel, Lianne, Abi, Vikki and others whose names I didn't manage to get, but you're all fabulous!
Brilliant Care home, they look after the residents very well. The place is very welcoming, cannot fault the staff, they’re happy and friendly and my dad absolutely loves it there. After seeing most of the care homes in Bradford and the state they were in I was very worried about my dad being in care until we found Springfield and we’ve never looked back, my dad’s getting very well looked after and is happy there which makes me happy.
