Impossible to contact by phone. Their automated call ignoring system will just hang up on you after about 5 minutes. On the rare occasions I can get through I don't get to speak to anyone who's any more medically qualified than I am. The attached screenshot shows my call history, with their call ignoring system hanging up on me after 5 minutes 13 or 14 seconds. To be fair to them, I just called them and there's a callback option which actually worked, and I got to speak to a receptionist who was very helpful
Probably the worst doctors I've ever known, they constantly mess up my partner's prescriptions and the service is terrible. Every Wednesday they shut for training so if you miss a phone call you can't get back in touch which is pathetic. You can never get a docs appointment everything is constantly through the patches system which is a complete nightmare. Gone are the days where you can just phone up and get what you need.
Although I personally haven't seen a lift or disabled toilet facilities,this place does have wheelchair access. When I have an appointment here with the doctor or nurse,I've never had to wait too long.
Very bad experience I have been asking for appointment last few weeks kept me on hold for 1 houre every day and then say no appointment after sorry giving me advice try this try this so fed up.
