Coopers Arms

Great historic pub/restaurant with a scenic lake to sit beside in Summer. Haven't eaten there yet so cannot comment on the food. Good choice of drinks and the bar areas are wood panelled and cosy. Stunning building which dominates the local skyline. Enjoy. M

Been many times with parents in the 90s and remembered this place to serve high quality food, they still do but it's messed with. The veg is crunchy, potatoes are garnished and infused with something else. I ate it all but... It's not for me. I recommend you read the menu online first.

Great atmosphere, beautiful place

Been here countless times. Food is always top notch. I do recommend their carvery but given current times, i had to settle for the most perfectly cooked steak there is on offer

Social distancing has been done really well, staff are all polite and helpful. The food is AMAZING! Definitely worth a visit.

Great place & a great meal Sunday lunch. Good potion size and all the trimmings. Apple crumble was also very nice. Will defiantly visit again soon.

We had a lovely lunch at the Coopers Arms today. Every one of us enjoyed our meal however I had the Cod and chips and it was definitely the BEST battered cod that I had ever had. Absolutely delicious.

Love area lovely furnishings. Stake was a little over but it was such a good quality bit of meat I ate as is. Would recommend to anyone tbh

We went to Coopers last night, our first meal out since lockdown. Very impressed. Staff were brilliant and the food was absolutely delicious. Well done to them in these trying times. 100% recommended and we’ll be going back again. Thank you to all the staff.
