The staff very friendly and helpful. Sometimes the people blame the Consulate administration but in fact the public is more responsible because these places are ours and we have to take care of them. But our people think that they are something very special by having British status or nationality....Please don't forget where we come from so be what we are. Give respect before and you will receive much more,,,,good luck.
I came to make my Pakistan passport and was told I need to bring my birth certificate, I asked if there was any other thing that is required and was told no. I came back at a later date with my birth certificate to be told I also need two nadra cards from relatives in Pakistan and their contact details. I then had to go back again to acquire this information and print it off. This place literally makes you run around in circles, they give incomplete information and waste your time making you come back and forth. I have visited the embassy multiple times over the years and have never had a smooth experience. The staff I spoke to don't speak English which makes communication even more difficult. They really need to improve the service as I am at my wit's end dealing with these guys. So I wrote this while I was waiting from 11.30am to 2.30pm.. after I gave them the information they required they simply gave me a form and told me to fill it in I have waited 3 hours for basically nothing and will have to return again at a later date. Typical. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
Today was my third time of going to Pakistan consulate Birmingham. Always pleased with the services. Booked my appointment just a day before and today I was served very quickly by the members. Also, there is always support available for everyone over there.
Thank you Malik Saab and the brother at the reception, both of you are amazing. Often time people who go there have no clue to what they need or have to do, the employes there are so impatient and they belittle you at every turn especially the passport office. I applied for my first passport and it took 15 months. At every appointment they said "we need another document" so many times id ask them i needed anything else? Which they would reply to no, but of course at the next appointment they needed another document. I ask Allah the Most High to put rahmah in theses peoples hearts..
Service inside was good and fast however very bad parking experience. When we arrived we parked right outside the nadra office door thinking it’s their parking and one of the nadra reception man was outside he didn’t even bother to tell us it’s not their parking and now after 2 weeks we receive a parking fine which is no good I rather should have done online or parked on pay and display round the corner if we knew this
Much better than london service. No need to move from stations to stations.. one agent does everything.. payment is via machine.. no need to go to bank.. clean n spacious
I went there for Eid celebration event my children thoroughly enjoyed it and every thing was well organised
It was nice experience to visit Pakistani consulate,it was easy to get appointment just a day before and they served on time there are extra staff members to help and prepare documents before you go to officer,
Very pleasant visit for a community event . Well organised. Good facilities available - although a prayer room or separate area could have been provided knowing the audience attendees and the timing of the event.
Very incompetent staff. Applied for renewal. Paid the executive service fees. Instead they made an application for new card. 15 days later when rang. Was informed that application has been rejected and will need to apply again. So went through the process again. They admitted their fault and then again applied under urgent service rather than executive which takes another 15 days. They are clueless and staff are very incompetent. Was promised that I will receive my card by the end of the week and nothing. All they said was sorry.
