Words cannot give enough tribute to the amazing service received. Emailed the shop with my issue and got an email with great advice within an hour. Took the laptop in for repair and Ben advised it would be ready the next day which is a lot faster then any other repair shop I have been to in the past. However within 3 hours of dropping my laptop off had a phone call advising all fixed and ready for collection. Asked for a memory upgrade and again thought it would take a day to complete but within 30 minutes upgrade was complete. One fast, smoother running , fixed laptop = very happy daughter. One excellent price = very happy bank manager . One excellent service = very happy customer who definitely recommends this shop. Will only be using Computer Buddies in future there is no better service in Chester !

Lovely company who are very approachable and helpful. Professional, expert, understanding, quick, efficient and kind. They will not judge you by your lack of knowledge! Thank you guys, you saved my bacon.

My desktop computer catastrophically broke last month, and I had no idea what happened to it. I took it into Computer Buddies on Friday under their "no fix, no fee" guarantee. They identified the power supply unit has failed. They have me clear and transparent costs. I asked them to source a particular make, and to upgrade the unit to a higher wattage. They were really flexible. The whole replacement was completed by the Monday. Great service, will definitely use again!

Quick and reliable service, no hidden costs. I needed the hard drive replacing on my laptop and chose to have a solid state drive installed. I would definitely use Computer Buddies again.
