Are the pharmacists actually qualified because they are unable to tell the difference between extensive tonsillitis and a sore throat. If this is what the level of pharmacy first services are from this company no wonder acute services are over run. Not only useless but clinically incompetent.
I came into this store to see if I could exchange my electric toothbrush which had recently stopped working and it was under a year old. After phoning customer care who informed me they wouldn’t be able to deal with this as it was an in-store purchase without a receipt, it was at the store manager’s discretion. I came into the store and the manager Steph was very helpful, she was kind and compassionate and dealt with the problem swiftly. I wanted to leave a positive review for her as I know usually people tend leave more negative reviews and forget to highlight their positive experiences as well. Thank you very much Steph for your help and excellent customer service skills.
First class service in store today from Demi…On her own manning them self service tills, Explaining to elderly people about the cash/card option… Fixing red flashing light problems, Helping with coupons… a very polite young lady and a massive credit to the Ellesmere port branch.
Great location with courteous staff members that are very helpful. Been there to select a birthday gift for my partner and the place have a huge collections of brand names like Armani, Lancôme, Dolce Cabana or Tom Ford. You also have the well know pharmacy where you can pick up your prescriptions.
I would like to thank the young lady on your cosmetics counter in your Cheshire oaks branch for her help when I was looking for bb cream foundation which is out of stock. When I told her I was to return home to tenerife tomorrow she gave me a sample to take with me until it's back in stock and my daughter can buy more and send it to menThank you
