Great customer service Rob was very helpful and generous and James took a very nice passport picture, he's a professional photographer I highly recommend it and I definitely use it again Many Thanks

Was told verbatim, nobody can process 35mm black and white film in store because you need ‘special chemicals.’ This is factually incorrect and demonstrated the ineptitude of the staff hired to supposedly know about photography and photographic development. Plenty of stores can and will develop b&w film on site, without sending it away and in some cases same day.

Went in at 15:55 on a Sunday, on the door says closes 16:00.  While yes, 5 minutes left and sure I'd have to be quick, I would still expect them to be open.  The door was open with lights on, I walked in to a man very abruptly yelling from across the other end of the shop "we're closed."  While sure, if I was told nicely that they can't help me for today due to the time, I would have no issue. Its the fact that he had to yell, didn't even get out of his seat to tell me bluntly.  Awful service and won't be returning, recommend going elsewhere.

I visited Max Spielman to print out some photos from my phone & being a bit of a technophobe I wasn't sure what to do. Rob stepped in & was brilliant, so helpful & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him, the best customer service I've experienced in a shop for a long time.

The staff member took a passport photo of me and I didn't have a chance to look at the pic. It was terrible and quality of the picture was really poor.

I have spent about a thousand pounds or more to decorate a ladies room suffering from Alzheimer’s with large canvas prints of her family. ROB has always been most helpful and obliging. The ladies also have been very pleasant. I agree that some of the other males working there haven’t been so obliging. Definitely need training in customer service. If it weren’t for ROB I would have gone elsewhere. Thank you Rob for many years of help.

I dont often leave reviews but felt the customer service received today was excellent. I wanted a photo developed but wasn't sure which size to choose. The lady was very helpful and I was shown several on the screen before printing. After choosing a frame the photo was cut to fit and placed into the frame. Other customers came into the shop and she served them all with the same pleasant manner

Had a lovely experience having photos with my newborn baby here. Staff were very helpful and patient when she needed to feed and were very understanding when she got a bit grumpy! Lovely images and a very good deal as well. Will definately come back for more when my baby is a bit older
