Second time visiting the shop on my annual Christmas shopping visit, I spoke to Jane which I believe was the assistant manager with the intention of purchasing one watch for myself. I walked out with two brand new watches and love them both! Jane is an absolute credit to the Fossil brand and company and lovely to see someone in retail, as busy as the shop was, still able to provide impeccable customer service and a good laugh which always helps sales!
By far one of the worst shops in Cheshire oaks, the staff actually treat you like a shoplifter as soon as you walk in, they do not greet you at all or say a word simply shadow around the shop seemingly ready to pounce on you. We actually came in to buy quite a few items but I refuse to spend my money in such a joke of a shop!
See trustpilot. Company is set up to disappoint. Faulty product, online support useless. No better in store. At least would've expected some troubleshooting or offer of refund or return/exchange via delivery but offered zero support whatsoever.
I wanted to find a wallet from this shop today, just want to say all the staff were lovely and helpful. The price of the quality products are excellent and in sale at the time. I got a wallet embossed with my initials too, the lady that sold and embossed my wallet was Hedi, excellent customer service and extremely professional and she could have made me spend more if I had the time... Sadly the cinema was calling. Just ace shop, products and staff... Well done
Ellie at the store was amazing. The level of service from being greeted on arrival paying up at the till was fantastic. Think she may be a new joiner but nevertheless deserves to be praised for her excellent service and knowledge of what the store has to offer.
A special thanks and a shout out to "Nika" who was outstanding in terms of giving us the best customer service experience - polite, friendly, gave us the information, was super patient and fantastic at answering all our queries on the go. She helped us get the best deals on Fossil watches and we ended up buying 3 watches without overstretching our budget. Very pleased with the entire experience in the store. The entire staff members were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting this store which is close to the free Mcdonald car park and just popping in the store for shopping/window shopping.
Very helpful staff found what I wanted straight away
Although I haven't received it yet, just have to mention the effort a fab Fossil colleague Jane has done for me so far. Huge Batman fan and called on the off chance of getting the new Lim m ited Edition Fossil Batman watch. Advised she would do what she could and amazingly sourced one for me . Little effort to get it, it's being sent from one shop to another then to me, but cannot wait and very excited. Jane you are a superhero...... See what I did there. Thanks so much in advance. Cheers
Probably purchased around 6 watches from this place over the past 3 months and the staff are amazing there. Always helpful and always happy. The lad with tats is sound as so is the young lady working there highly recommend. They always remember me when I go back too lovely staff as a whole team
Brilliant for accessories. A huge display of bags with discounts and a great section for watches with some great bargains for a top quality brand. I love the watches and have one which I purchased at a great price from the outlet store.
