Visited Pro cook Cheshire oaks recently as I needed a spice rack. Service was 2nd to none and staff were extremely helpful. Quality of products is brilliant and value for money too. Even better with discount codes they send you frequently via there message subscription service. Deffo worth receiving these as every penny counts
Great selection of kitchen wares, bought some nice items, staff helpful and friendly.
We needed new pans due to a new kitchen, including our first induction hob, meaning some previous pans had to go. The helpful staff member didn't get his name, unfortunately helped us out, even offering an extra 'pan set' discount we weren't expecting, as we selected some random pans to suit our needs.
Loved this place. Bought a casserole pan and it did a fantastic job. Looking forward to going back. Staff were very helpful. I know they're after sales, they took their time in explaining the choices and had a truly good sense of humour. I got the impression that they really enjoyed working at ProCook.

Visited to buy a set of pans, spent just under £200 and was charged 10p for a plastic bag. They offered free delivery as an option but insisted that it was the law to charge for the bag. It may be company policy to charge, but if that's the case they should say so. Its not the law to charge for plastic bags over 70 microns thick which the bag I was sold clearly was. No other shop in Cheshire Oaks charged us for thick, ie not single use, bags like this. I'm not against the idea behind charging for single use bags but this was not covered by the law and felt I was being lied to, they very nearly lost the sale, what would the carbon footprint have been if I had opted for the free delivery?
Friendly staff, overall nice shopping experience
Great experience in the Cheshire Oaks Store. I was given enough time to browse around without any interruptions. There were some great deals - too many in fact! I picked up an item at a fraction of the price I'd seen it in other stores. Customer service at the checkout was great. I was asked if I'd like my receipt electronically to ensure I never lost it if I ever needed to use it for a guarantee. I thought this was a great idea. The sales assistant was very polite and friendly. Overall a great experience
Very pleasant shopping experience. Went to buy some new pans for my new induction hob. I was asked did I need any help and was then left to have a look at everything after being shown the pan ranges that were suitable. Very pleasant young man helped me when I asked for help. I bought the pans I needed plus some other kitchen utensils and I am delighted with my purchases. There was no hassle or pressure from the staff both of whom were very helpful and pleasant. A very agreeable experience. I would highly recommend Pro Cook and the staff of this branch at Cheshire Oaks.
