Very impressed with their great customer service, explaining the range of Electro Acoustic guitars. Brilliant value too. I'd shopped around and they were easily the best value and a further 20% off the guitar bag too. I can highly recommend.

From my initial email contact to my visit to the Chester shop I was impressed by the 'can do' attitude of the staff and people who run Back Alley Music. I bought a great guitar at a great price (Yamaha SA 2200) and would happily buy from BAM again.

Brilliant - proper little guitar shop just off Chester High Street. Great range of stuff and not a big corporate company either. The guys in there are genuinely there to help out; happy to let you have a play on the guitars before you buy too. As well as guitars there are plenty of picks, accessories, gig bags etc for sale, all the good brands. Even if you're not gonna buy anything, go in and have a look around, chat to the guys, have a go on your dream guitar. My go to place for guitar stuff.

Thought this shop sold good selection of second instruments but selection poor. With regards to buying new instruments found a lack lustre service so left shop and won't be back.
