As we do this, we seek to be transformed and to transform our families, friends, the communities where we live and work, and the city of Edinburgh.Our mission is guided by the question: “What is God’s mission to this world?”He is constantly at work in people, in our communities, our places of work, study and where we live, to bring restoration to all things. It is not so much that we are doing God’s mission, but we are invited to participate in His ongoing mission. This mission is be good news to people: to bring wholeness to every person, in every way."

I went for a music event. Watching Celtic Worship was great. They are all very talented and the full house was on their feet. Very good space and hospitality was excellent.
Beautiful venue with sloping auditorium where we attended a concert by The Fron Male Voice Choir "Voices of the Valley". Attended a church service there and thought the worship band were very good. Different people spoke and the whole atmosphere was very relaxed. Lots of kids being given the freedom to do their own thing but not interupting the main service. If you live local to this church, give it a try they are very welcoming.
We've been visiting this church for a few weeks in person and some weeks online prior to that. Such an inviting atmosphere, the people are welcoming and it's a great environment for kids and families.
A friendly, lively and community driven church. Loads going on, weekly service every Sunday at 10:30 including a time worship, prayer and Bible teaching - crèche, children and youth activities provided. During the week there are a variety groups meeting, ranging from an Alpha group to community groups - some meet in the church others in houses around the city. Come along and experience God!
Love Sunday mornings here - fun and friendly people, very child friendly and most importantly a strong sense of God's presence. :
One of the best churches in Edinburgh, vibrant, compassionate, welcoming, they genuinely reflect the love and mercy of Jesus and carry Godly values. Spirit filled worship that drives them to serve the community.
Community Church Edinburgh is one of the most easy going and welcomming churches in Edinburgh. Strong and family friendly with good teaching, great worship and fab kids groups. Pop in- you would be welcome!
If you want gilded trinkets and ceremony look elsewhere. Instead here you will find a community of welcoming, loving Christians who are sincerely seeking God, and allow the space and freedom to express. To me, that's what a church is, and the imperfections that come with it.
It's a really good space for community engagement. There are very good rooms available with some fantastic interiors. I would like to see some more updated technological resources in the rooms, to assist with workshops and presentations.
Great Church ! A strong community, welcoming to new people, helping people connect and encounter Jesus, relaxed, informal, open, diverse, yet with a sense of purpose.
