I was served by a lady the other day (not of English origin) who seemed to think it was efficient to run "2" tills together. 
Both myself and I would say the person in front of me did NOT agree!
She spoke to fast and was very abrupt, I felt pressured to hurry up.  To me this is not good customer service

Slow service, always more staff stacking shelves than on the till which is always queuing, unless it's the crazy eastern european lady who serves 3 at a time. Friendly staff

This place is very busy as it's in such a prime location between routes from Ipswich to Colchester to Chelmsford, patience is needed when visiting. However, that does not mean to say that there's not a great team working here, because they all work hard and well. Decent quality fuel with added Nectar offers too. Great coffee and hot snacks with offers and rewards.

Staff not very friendly. I was told my card was declined and it was my problem.  Just to work on another till.  The decline slips were "tossed" back at me and no appology provided.  I will avoid in future.
