What a lovely site. Great staff, friendly and welcoming and facilities lovely and clean and warm and despite all the recent bad weather the site still looks immaculate. Road noise wasn’t an issue for us at all. Many thanks :-)

The woodlands next to the park are beautiful to walk through, despite how close they are to the A12 dual carriageway. You can see the remains of Cooks Lane, an ancient sunken lane which once led to Motts Farm (now Seven Arches farm) before the construction of the A12 bypass. The area is full of springs as well, very nice to walk around.

Had a great time. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely clean site with great friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to coming back in a few months. 5*

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay recently. The site staff were friendly and accommodating and the facilities such as the WC / Shower block were excellent.

Lovely caravan site. Close to the A12 for access to all areas around. Always clean & tidy. Staff are very friendly & very helpful. Other campers always friendly. Park for the children to play in. Toilets & showers are cleaned regularly. Very welcoming all round
