I loved the fish nuggets, deep fried, crispy, with a very authentic taste, served hot by a beautiful family, fast takeaway, I actually sat and ate outside!! only recommendation: I wished the sauce came along in the package, charged 30 pence extra :/ Overall, great food esp. fish
Having not been to Coe’s in a few years I thought i would give it a try. The chips were awful. They had obviously been sat for some considerable time. The fish was just about acceptable. This place has gone downhill since my last visit. Very poor quality
Tried to give this place every chance, but won’t be going anymore. Very inconsistent portions. I always seem to get the server who doesn’t have a clue and gives small portions and can’t wrap them properly. Lightly battered fish very poor. Disappointing every time, for silly reasons. Parking: About 3-4 spaces. You might have to park further down at busy times.
Best fish and chip shop in crossgates. Do a nice family feast fo £17. 4 small fish and chips,2 gravy or curry and a bottle of pop.
Delivery is a must please for those who can’t make it to your restaurant if you do deliver how and where do i go to order eg Uber eats or just eat
Always fresh and good portion sizes. The meal deals are very well priced. Drive here from near town as the quality is always up there. Think the star rating for Coes is harsh when compared with some other local, less consistently quality fisheries.
Fish tasted foul I'm positive it was off and over cooked. scallop same over cooked waste of money won't be going again

Good value for money and great portion size
Just had fish and chips this lunchtime from Coe’s. They were absolutely delicious! We all enjoyed them. Not greasy at all! Well done Coe’s!
