After being left unexpectedly and very suddenly without a car, I found the service from Cocoon Vehicles was comprehensive and above all informative, friendly and approachable - very important for me, personally. My car is an extension of my office, my children's transportation and the face of my company. They did their utmost to get me back on the road and effectively back to full work mode ASAP and gave me regular updates of what was needed and when. I did feel like I was signing my life away : but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I'd certainly recommend them. Thank you so much Cocoon.
Cocoon have been fantastic from the get-go - quick, efficient, responsive and also very reasonable to deal with. I had my car delivered within a couple of weeks of first making contact. I’d definitely recommend the service to others looking for a short-term lease.
Very helpful and responsive team, as a new UK arrival with no credit history I found it impossible to get a car lease but after reading and putting in a request Cocoon was quick to get back to me and approve a car. Pricier than a regular lease but as a foreigner it was the only choice and they made it quite easy. Thanks!
Can’t recommend Cocoon Vehicles enough, they are client oriented, quick, effective and have personalised approach to clients which is crucial when you are an expat who just moved to the UK and have no local credit history and foreign drive license. Rebecca and Rhys were very helpful and eager to give advice which made the use of our new car even more comfortable. The car was available almost immediately, it was brand new and delivered to our house.
Rebecca and Cacoon Vehicles did an outstanding job in helping me get my first car lease in the UK. Very prompt responses and thorough with the documentation. The car delivery by the supplier was as though QJames Bond was delivering it and explaining its use--fun! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a car lease.
So far, so great working with Cocoon. As an ex-pat moving to the UK for a year, the list of everyday logistical details to organize has been long, but a reliable car was near the top. Organizing a car without a UK license, and needing it quickly upon arrival, added complications to that need -- but Cocoon has been a great solution. Above and beyond Cocoon offering a solution for this unique ex-pat need, their general business practices have been fantastic -- quick, clear communication; transparent and concise documents; really pleasant and professional people.

The Cocoon Team were extremely efficient in arranging a short term lease vehicle for my business.
