Been here twice a Sunday lunch and a week day lunch both have been excellent, tasty and well presented with good size portions. Friendly staff and good service thoroughly recommend this country pub.
This was a great little find. We have driven past here for years and never been in!! The place is lovely inside and the staff were great so friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous and there was so much of it we were stuffed. Will bring the kids next time as the menu was great and loads to choose from.
A little gem of a pub. Beautifully decorated and great character. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. The food is 1st class. Just had Sunday Lunch and it was amazing, so much so we booked again straight away. I highly recommend this establishment for everyone who loves character, great quality food and excellent customer service. Darren Cannock
Loved this place. The portions are really generous but really good quality at the same time. The atmosphere was warm and homely and the service was absolutely spot on. Honestly no faults at all which is unusual for us! 10/10 would go again
What a great place. After hearing good things finally got time to give it a go tonight. The food was absolutely fantastic & the portions were very generously sized. We had a grill deal night tonight and the steak was cooked just as I asked and all for a very reasonable price. Shame we didn’t have room to try a pudding The waitress was very polite and friendly too, a credit to the restaurant. Will definitely be revisiting here some time soon. Thank you A***

Myself and a group of friends visited for a Christmas get together. The food tasted exceptional, and extremely well presented, arriving piping hot, with good sized portions. Staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us, without the need to ask. Highly recommended and will definitely visit in the future. Thank you
Having played darts and dominos there many 's ago I knew there had been a few changes! An understatement, I had been informed by friends how good it was and I was not disappointed. I booked, probably essential if visiting at the weekend, the whole experience from start to finish was spot on. Service was great and not overpowering, great value for money. We shall return.

We managed to get in at short notice and were not dissapointed. The staff made us very welcome on arrival and gave us the menu to look over. The staff came to the table to take our orders they were very attentative throughout the meal. We all had a three course meal every mouthful was enjoyed. We had cheescake for our sweet and the portion size was enourmous but we managed to squeeze most of it down. Will definatly be going back. The whole experience was a delight.
