Very professionally run establishment. Welcome was warm, staff were friendly. Food and ale were exceptional. Cleanliness appeared to be of a high standard. Covid rules were being observed at all times by both staff and customers.
Had food in here, great food always friendly service and good quality grub. Nice beer to real ale, snacks available too.
I attended a baby shower here today. The function room was a good size for 30 of us. The afternoon tea provided was good value for money at £7 a head! The crockery was quirky which I love. A good afternoon was had by all.

Good selection of beers, well over 12 on the pump. They have the paddle with 3 thirds as an option. Big pub with lots of comfortable seating. Great atmosphere and very friendly bar staff.
This is a gem of a pub Serves real ale and its carvery is second to none. Terry has done a great job.
Went for the 1st time today short notice on 'eat out to help out' and will definitely be going back again. Food was delicious, atmosphere was lovely and all staff were happy, friendly and helpful.
