Super friendly pub , we was made very welcome ,warm welcoming owner very good prices it's family run and so nice to see a pub run like this !!
Well impressed with service. Delicious doorstep ham salad sandwich. All fresh and with plentiful filling at a modest price.
An excellent old fashion pub with the best pint of ale you will get anywhere.
Found this great pub whilst on a walk from Lavenham. Well kept beer and amazing 'doorstep' sandwiches on local bread
Excellent the most warm and friendly pub
Great little place I cycled to with my dad a brother and had a nice drink out side, kinda small inside but sells cooked food,
A very traditional pub. Great beer, cider etc. Friendly locals and staff. We had sandwiches, they were excellent, thick, fresh bread with top quality cheese, ham etc. No music or TV. If you want to try a timeless gem then give this place a try.
Best pub in the area by far . It’s what a pub should be . Well kept beer , great sandwiches and the sunday lunch is tremendous. Very lucky to live near to it
Just been for a couple of pints and beautiful sandwiches, dog layed under the table, fire going , landlord knows how to look after his pumps. England at his best.
