Literally the only place to be in Abergavenny. Amazing staff, incredible atmosphere, fantastic garden and a guaranteed good time whether it's a Tuesday lunchtime or a Saturday night. Fabulous.
Nice pub with a nice courtyard ! Pool table as well to enjoy the night !
Cozy place to go for a drink. Seems to provide an outside garden as well which we didn't see as it was too cold. It is a bit run down, rather the corner pub type than a place to enjoy as such. Could show a lot more atmosphere if it was cleaned and the unnecessary stuff removed. Nevertheless it's good enough for a pint.
Great beer garden for a town pub.
Traditional pub. Friendly barman with a huge beard and surprisingly good taste in music. A very pleasant couple of hours.
Best landlady in the business. Keeps a great pint.
Proper drinkers pub. Had a great time, staff and punters friendly. My only complaint is there are far too many bar stools and they just get in the way. If you can't stand up and drink go and sit at a table, you have no business being at the bar.
