I recently took my car here after purchasing a discount voucher. I think these guys are really making an effort to improve their reputation.

I mark my filters to ensure a service has been done when I try out a new garage. They had done all I asked, even using a fully synthetic grade of oil my car requires to run best.

When I paid I gave them £50.00 too much and they followed me out to the car to return it. They also offered my wife a lift home when she dropped off the car in the morning.

There's some negative stuff about them to be found online, but take it from me they're fair and honest now. Prices were reasonable and I shall be sending them my business in future.

Had MOT done. Failure cos headlamp aim beam incorrect and parking brake below requirements( have to be investigate). They stated will do in few hours, price 78 pounds. After 40 min. I called them back and said, want my car back as want to do somewhere else. And what a miracle, car is fixed. When checked at home couldn't see any work done with handbrake, as when opened there was still untouched dust, pieces of papers and spider web.Lamp level knob in side was on 3, untouched, as far I know should be moved to 0 before U testing. On invoice, adjust parking brake. Even if its done, for adjust parking brake and headlamp aim(if it was wrong, as U cant really proof it), 78 pounds for 40 min. labour( to adjust 2-3 screw) is rip off. Never again and will spread words. And they are not part of Motor Industry Code of Practice, as they stated on website.

We took our car for service with BBG, the greatest mistake we made.  Prior to this, we always serviced our car yearly from our local service centre without any problems, due to change in staff, we stopped going there, and took it to BBG.  We paid almost £300 for a full service and mot.  After few days of taking the car home, the clutch which had never had any suddenly became faulty, we took the car back, we paid almost £600 for it to be fixed, we took the car home, after a few days, the Anti lock Braking system suddenly became faulty.  We took it to another mechanic we told us that BBG must have damaged the ABS when they were fixing the clutch.  We called them to complain and they refused to take any responsibility.  We will never go back there again.  These people don't know what they are doing.  Pls do not go to them, they are incapable of handling good cars except to destroy things and make you keep coming back to be milked like a cow.

I took my car for an mot on a friday morning. I was told it had failed and needed a new front seat and welding to fix the seat properly. I asked for an estimate. Got the estimate 4 days later! The cost?: 500! Which didn't include the new seat! I called a mobile mechanich who repaired the seat and took it for an mot. Cost: 160! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!
