Food is mostly always nice, very reasonable prices. The soft play area is unclean and tired, could do with updating. Overall a good place to eat if you want something cheap and cheerful, staff are helpful.

Just got home from an average meal at the four seasons. Couldn't fault the food to be fair was cheap and cheerful minus the rock hard cold chips. We are regulars here and always leave happy and always go back but after tonight we was majorly let down by the staff. I have no doubt this review wont be acknowledged, as was our complaint in the restaurant. We went out to celebrate my dads birthday, we bought a cake and put it behind the bar for them to bring our after dinner, as many other people do for a birthday celebration. After our meal we secretly went to the bar and ask for the cake to be bought out. Shortly after another member of staff comes over to our table to ask how many candles we would like in front of whos birthday it was. THANKS FOR RUINING THE OBVIOUS SURPRISE OF A BIRTHDAY CAKE!!!! If this was a common thing then it should be a company policy to ask when given the cake how many candles we would like put on it. It's Kinda common sense though, and if staff are out the back and questioning how many candles then im seriously worried about who is responsible for the food we are eating. Like would you come over and ask how many chips or peas we want with our Chicken New Yorker? NO!!! What was mostly disappointing was when making the manager aware of this and hearing the staff talking rudly about us, was how little anyone cared. We lit our own cake and carried it out with no assistance or apology from the staff.

Fantastic steaks, cooked exactly as requested. All other items were also tasty and well presented. Great value in relaxed surroundings and family friendly atmosphere.
