I like KFC, this branch is fine. Very efficient service. Problem with KFC, especially these days, is it's expensive. Nice to have occasionally though.nnUpdate: been a few times to this branch, and while the above still holds true, the staff here deserve extra acknowledgement as, they're not only efficient, but also nice, friendly and considerate - all the things that should go without mention, but can often be lacking.
I prefer to drive through as its quick and easy. Always enjoy my orders when i want a cheeky takeaway. Havent sat in the restaurant butpretty standard and nothing above and beyond. Using the Koisk was fine and wait time wasn't long.
One of the best kfcs I been to all because of Noah. We were struggling to find one of the meals in the kiosk and he came and helped us find it with a smile on his face. He definitely needs a raise or a promotion as he was on point with the cleaning and with all customers. As a manager myself I would give him a promotion myself. Well done Noah for making our day.
Went to KFC Langdon Hill and was served by a very respectful and polite man named Joe, he made sure our service was very stress free and that all of our food was hot and fresh and did not leave us with one bad thought. This is the ideal level of service I expect all crew members to be trained to and I hope Joe gets some praise for his performance and level of professionalism. It was late at night and he still looked like he loved what he was doing and was very good at his job
New ordering system is overly complicated to redeem student offers. You need to order at the self service and then pay at the till. It was explained very badly initially and then I was told there was nothing they could do.
