Very poor after care. They offered an extended warranty because we were concerned of the age of the car and ending up with a big bill soon after purchase. Took it back after 6 months as we realised there was always something wrong with the fan (cold weather showed up the issue). They took it in at 9am. Kids and wife stuck in Kiddie all day. Spent 20 minutes to say that there is £1000 of work required on heater. Then charged us £55 just to tell us that. Never again will we trust them. Poor service, poor vehicle, poor us for buying from them.

Bought an old Tigra and had central locking problems. Went to dealership who immediately diagnosed that it needed recoding and £400 spending on it. In fact, it was just a procedure with the central locking button to reset it which I worked out for myself afterwards, fixed with zero cost. Main dealer should have known and tried this. Not impressed, a less knowledgeable customer would have paid up...Sorry but has to be said.

They say anything to get you to buy, but charge you for everything even if there was an issue with the car. The warranty means nothing. Unhelpful staff after purchase. Beware of old cars. Not impressed at all.
