I have been into A&E at RVI today, amazing , seen in less than an hour got the treatment needed and on my way. Very helpful friendly staff and efficient .

The a&e were great yep a bit of a wait but hey that’s the way it is. Only thing that let it down was the rude receptionist near the New Victoria entrance who when I sat down in a leather seat next to reception. Receptionist asked me to move as I was not staff . 11.30 on a saturday night waiting to get picked up after spending 7 hours there Just what you want thanks.
