Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big ranges of shoes for children and adults. Great prices! I understand they get a delivery each Wednesday, so best to go soon after that to get the best choice
Had a great range of boys school shoes which was exactly what I was after. Plenty of kids shoes to choose from and we bought some boys trainers too. The man measuring my son's feet was great; very friendly and helpful. Xxx
Had a great experience at this Clarks. Large range of shoes for my son and the employee, holly was accommodating to all our requests. Will be coming back for school shoe shopping this year!
Would usually bring our little girl here to have her feet measured and to get some shoes as the lady that usually does it is really helpful.nWent in during the week and saw a different lady - we waited while she did another child’s feet and helped them choose some shoes.nShe then measured our little girls, told us her size and said I wouldn’t bother buying any here as we don’t have many in that size, didn’t attempt to help us at all look at what was on the shelf and said they hadn’t had a delivery in months. She then went and sat next to her friend that was obviously waiting for a chat and left us stood there a bit gobsmacked. Terrible customer service!
We went here for our measurements for her school shoes and it was fab. We had to qué for a little while dues to the new normal but it didn't take long and when we got in our box it was great service was fab. She picked some lovely shoes we left happy.. We wouldn't shop any other shop for school shoes now. We felt so safe and happy.
