This place is an absolute joke. Holding the monopoly on local schools and sports club as I believe they're ties in to some kind of contract.  Rugby kit for the season that begins at the end of August still isn't ready yet!  I ordered a polo shirt and pair of socks on Monday that are in stock and amazingly they're ready for collection SIX DAYS LATER!  ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING BUSINESS!  ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING PLACE!

Really friendly, very helpful and honest advice on school uniforms. A great range for all the schools in the local area.

The online ordering is easy enough to use and part of my order came really quickly. One item was out of stock and a month later I still haven't had any communication from them. Really disappointed and wish my local school had stuck with their previous uniform shop supplier.

Very disappointed with the online service, it took them almost 2 weeks after receiving my order and obviously taking my money to send me an email informing me that the product will arrive probably mid September, of course not in time for the start of school term. I suppose they know what stock they have and they should not take an order they cannot guarantee. I hope that the process of getting the refund will be more effective.

Buy lots of school uniform here as well as my sons football club kit. Staff always friendly and willing to help. If stock isn't in they will order in. Ordering process online is smooth and  collection from store easy

Having just moved to Worle we needed school uniform for our daughter, we were told that this was the shop to get School uniform from, the assistant was very helpful and polite, and we came away with 2 polo shirts a sweat top cardigan, and a back pack.

Well what a brilliant and easy company to use , online easy and check out brilliant , Jacob has been so helpful with a faulty item I have can not fault the service.

It would be good idea if you advertised your Xmas Opening hours on your website - I shall be complaining to the school as I have been trying to buy a new PE kit and you haven't been open ? It is the 28 December today - No point in being the only school uniform provider if shop isn't open!!!

terrible service when your spending this amount on uniform ,three staff with no customer service ability and looking completely useless stood behind a till isnt impressive .ordering on line picking up order and all wrong to even basic should be boys to given girls ,no apology and cant even say will put by another ,im the one going when ,uuuuu if i got one really really unprofessional ,god help in two weeks when mad rush for stuff .guessing sizing too isnt professional .
