The customer service here is awful. If I could give it 0 stars I would.  I bought a pair of airpods from a different Argos on 16th June. The left airpod had a hardware problem so didn’t work.  I went into this Argos on 24th June explaining my issue and asked for a replacement. I had a photo of my receipt on my phone.  The staff immediately assumed that I was trying to give back fake airpods in exchange for new ones. They told me that because the serial numbers on the AirPods and AirPods charging case didn’t match they were fake. Also they claimed that the airpods didn’t fit correctly in the case.  I was shocked and asked could I please still have a replacement as I bought them from an Argos and they were in a sealed box.  The staff would not help me at all and then said they needed a physical receipt to get a replacement since looking online Argos do not require a physical receipt, even just a bank statement is acceptable  I asked what I should do and they said I had to return the AirPods to the Argos store I bought them from. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to visit this store within the 30 day return period. I was then told that I could return them after this and still get a replacement since looking online at Argos I can see this is incorrect so I would have lost my chance to return   Thankfully, I went to the apple store at cribbs causeway  and they told me that the serial numbers are always different and that the AirPods are real. They then replaced the faulty AirPod for no charge after I explained my experience with Argos.  The staff here are ridiculously unhelpful , I have never seen customer service like this and to just completely make up reasons why the AirPods are fake is shocking to me.  This experience has put me off using Argos again, I will definitely never visit this store again.

Shocking service! I ordered a microwave online. Received a text, saying to pop into the branch in Worle to collect it. I was kept waiting for over ten minutes. I was then told, that they didn't have it in stock! Complete waste of time

Really Bad Customer Service - Stood in an ever growing Queue while one staff lady struggled to arrange a delivery for another customer. Although there were other staff no one jumped on another till to serve the queue while the issue was sorted. after 20 minutes I walked out as it looked like I could end up sleeping there. Argos this is why you are failing!

Like other reviewers I experienced terrible customer service at this Worle branch. Not recommend if you’re buying anything expensive that has a fault once you get it home. Rude, arrogant staff members. Avoid.

Shocking customer service. Selling inferior products & then refusing to refund. Go elsewhere if you want proper customer service because Argos haven't a clue. Only a matter of time before this dinosaur is extinct.

What ever you do, do not Order anything from Argos online right now.  If your purchase arrives broken, like my order did you CAN NOT reach them by phone, email or online chat and all stores are currently closed.  I have been on hold for over an hour each time I called and never got an answer.  I have tried Online chat,  told they were too busy to respond to me.  I now have a Vax carpet steamer that doesn't work and I can't return it!  Shop elsewhere

A sad place with bad customer service. Avoid collecting items and get delivery to protect your consumer rights.

Bought a Huawei tablet, price £110. When I tried to load, it wouldn't accept any Google apps. I've subsequently found out there is a boycott against this Chinese company. So without Google there's no play store meaning no games, music chromecast  Facebook, in fact 95% useless. When I took it back to Argos they admitted the problem but insisted there no fault so no refund. Don't buy this device and don't shop in Argos their after sales service stinks. Actually it's no stars but it won't let you post.

Mixed bag in here. Parking is ample and free which is good. Machines in the store to pay for items which I recommend using or else be prepared to wait in a queue for much longer than is required due to slow staff, not enough staff and come on argos teach them to smile will you! This isn't a one off every time I go in there it is the same. Prehaps it's what argos wants but I only use the machine now as the service is always so poor at the till. The staff at the collection point however are much friendlier and efficient. I am not ageist at all but have to say the staff at collection point are generally younger than those on the tills and seem to take a bit more pride in their job and the service they provide.

Staff very helpful I was surprised to find so many places open on New Years Day I went in to pick up some leaflets  to see what was on offer. I guess all these places are more interested in profit and sales than staff enjoying time off with there families over the festive period like it used to be. Now a days ito is profit before people!!
