Ok store. Pleasant staff and not a bad range of stock.
Sadly this company is no longer cost effective....their prices are too high.

Good quality goods and service. Cheery helpful staff.
I am really pleased with the accuracy and quality of the wood cutting service at B & Q. I wanted to replace some shelves and the most economical way was to cut up a solid beech worktop. The sawn edged finish was fab meaning only light sanding and waxing was all that was needed to finish the project. 4 beautiful solid wood shelves and a small tabletop completed for under £90. Totally fab! 

As an aside I also have B & Q kitchen units. They were originally fitted in 1987, all the carcasses are still rock solid and in use today although with refitted doors. That really is value for money :)

We visited today and were sorted by Harry the meeter and greeter on the door. He was magnificent—-couldn’t do enough for us. What a guy—- he revealed he is well into his 80’s!! Well done B&Q for employing someone of such advanced years.

Fitted Kitchens are good quality, BUT PLEASE DO NOT use their fitting service, find your own!! They are absolutely diabolical! I’m two weeks in and still have no where near an even remotely functioning kitchen. In fact all I have is a tap!!
