Absolutely rubbish rude staff can't get an appointment they say ring back at 8am you do but you can't get through and when you finally do they say all the appointments have gone. I filled in a form about a repeat prescription a week ago still haven't heard anything . Staff need to go on an awareness course and a manners course if there is one so rude they look ↓their noses at patients .

Told on 2 separate occasions that a mole I had was not cancerous. But it was. Not good :(

like many others, it is near impossible to get an appointment with the GP. I have tried to call countless times at 8am sharp and have been on hold for over 20 minutes and not been able to get through.

The worst doctors surgery I have ever used in terms of appointment availability, waiting times etc. Nigh on impossible to get to speak to anyone on the phone..it was actually quicker for me to drive round and speak to the receptionist!. It is only because I moved, I had to transfer here from Hoo surgery (which was brilliant).

On the whole this is a very good practice, i have been registered here for over 20 yrs and in that time have been very well looked after. Unfortunately it is the attitude of the few that tarnishes the whole, there are a couple of people on the administration team that have poor customer skills and are very condescending, if this could be addressed then i am sure the patient views will only improve. Lets hope that the new practice manager Kelly Temple can get these issues addressed for the benefit of everyone
