I phoned up this morning as my son had blood coming out of his ear. The lady said there were no appointments but this could be serious so to call the ambulance service! I phoned 111 who were very concerned but said if my doctors had turned me away, to get my son seen in the next couple of days. They said they would send a note over to the doctors of the call. When I phoned back later on to make an appointment, I got a different foreign lady who was very rude to me. As I tried to explain what had happened, she cut me off saying its far too late in the day to ring for an appointment and I needed to ring back at 8 am the next day. I understand if this is the policy, but she spoke to me like an idiot and had no concern at all that my 2 year old needs to be seen by a doctor. I thought people in the health service were meant to care but clearly this is too much to ask. Instead i got a telling off on the phone which I do not appreciate! Had she spoken to me like this face to face, I would have given her a piece of my mind. Rude service!

been going here all my life now I'm 23 I'm sick off how they treat you they answer phone in different language they talk to you like your a dirt. They never seem to have appointments always booked up ? Like how! I don't understand what they are saying half the time always got to ask them to repeat what they said. when you do finally get an appointment they are never on time so end up being late for work or something. I think their just rude!
