Friendly welcome from the regulars and bar staff alike. Barmaid asked us to take a seat whilst the beer was poured then kindly brought to our table. Small rooms but big customer service and quality beer. Roaring open fire to add to the cosy atmosphere. The great service offered really proves how easy it can be done!

Best pub in Manchester. Friendly staff. Good beer. Can always strike up a conversation with other customers, not much choice really, it's so cozy you have to chat with your neighbours.
Big things come in small packages is the first impressions of this great traditional pub. The tiny bar is apparently the smallest in Europe with Excellent bar staff and a warm/friendly atmosphere this is one place to definitely visit when your in the city centre.
It's small! Because of that not the biggest selection of beers but made up for it with a friendly atmosphere, and staff.
Really is a friendly cosy small pub. Great service from the bar staff. You can strike a conversation with them all. All customers are so friendly. It's great at Xmas time with the fire roaring so warm you dont feel like going home.
Small and with the sense of history, you know that inside those walls, many people were drinking their stories through times. When in Manchester, tick it off from the bucket list!
