Staff service rubbish! After 45 minutes and breakfast still hadn't arrived we left. Staff couldn't care less that a customer was unhappy. The response was what do you want me to do! Simple don't keep customers waiting for an order that was placed over 40 minutes ealier. How long does it take to cook pancakes & a breakfast? Took another 7 days for head office to respond with a sorry. Customer satisfaction really is important. My advice go somewhere else after all not the cheapest place to eat.

Passable. Wrapped hot dog not actually wrapped. Kids garlic bread was stale or reheated. Service was OK. The meatballs and pasta was huge. 2 stars considering the cost and I've had much nicer meals at other F&B.

Booked for mother's Day 8 days in advance and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. What's the point of booking in advance? Then when we were seated we had to squeeze 6 people in a booth, 3 of which were 6ft men. So sitting like sardines trying to eat, not fun. The food was lovely as usual though. Just disappointed with the seating and waiting.

Always a good meal but service very slow for breakfast with only 1 server. Not her fault as overworked but come on F & B  makevit 2 staff then all will be perfect.

Slow service, cold food. Only 1 waitress for 31 covers. Won't be coming back. Waitress was amazing though - like a smiling swan, graceful on the service, working her socks off under the water... She deserves better. I mean, where's the manager?
