Over time this establishment has gone from good to not very good and back again to good. At the moment it is good (in my opinion). The food is coming up as ordered. No send backs or reductions to the bill which in the past has been the case. As a person with mobility problems, the entrance is level, no steps but does have 2 sets of rather "heavy" manual doors that would be very difficult to open without assistance. There is a disabled / baby change room on the ground floor but another set of heavy doors to negotiate. The space between the "rows" of tables is wide enough for wheelchair access and all on the level, no steps. 
There are 5 disabled parking spaces immediately outside the building and another 5 outside the Premier Inn next door. (At the time of writing, January 2018,  there appears to be a light aircraft parked in one of these if you look at the satellite view on Google maps).  There is plenty of ordinary parking.
As I wrote earlier, the food is good at the moment. The restaurant is part of a chain, menus, prices and contact details are available online on the website.
The restaurant is on a trading estate with a cinema and several other food outlets situated next to Junction 9 of the M20 motorway.

Best steak of any Beefeater I've been to. It was probably slightly underdone but I prefer mine very rare and it was bloody gorgeous.  I don't leave positive reviews so this is a good sign. Great chips, great steak, great Herby mushrooms and great service. Strongbow £3.95 though :( I'm a tight Northerner so I'll let em off.
Edit: I feel really guilty for not leaving a tip as had no cash but thanks to Katy C and I hope you get some credit for your amazing service.

Location is convenient for the motorway with easy parking.
Food is reasonable, although not super cheap.
Meals include unlimited chips, so don't worry if you are still hungry after finishing your initial portion.

Another visit to our favourite place for breakfast. Super busy due to half term but still the same high level of service as always. Staff were attentive, didn't rush us and still had time for a joke.
Poached eggs were a little overcooked but still delicious, bacon scrummy and the continental well stocked.
Will be back again soon

Food briliant as always and also my free birthday treat pudding was delicious.  My friend ans I will be going back very soon for another £5 meal each.   Much better to have a lunch meal for £5 THAN pay more for a cake and a coffee!!!
