My daughter and friends went for her birthday and in her words she said it was really fun and the seats were really comfortable. They all enjoyed their time there
Only complaints are it's a bit expensive and half hour of adverts before the film starts is a bit much. My grandson was bored and wanted to go before the film started. It should be advertised as doors open at .... and film starts at... Oh and they don't sell crisps nOverall friendly staff, comfy seats plenty of room
We enjoyed the fillm but your food packages are hideously expensive! I used to just go and buy a hotdog for around £7.50 but now you have to buy a package for £15.49 - a super large drink and a bag of sweets, which we didn't want!! We drank half of the drink was drunk, left that - wasteful and we still have the sweets!
Purchased premium seats, hugely dissapointed in the quality of them, bus seats are more comfy, especially paying crazy high prices for tickets, no seating area outside of the screens to wait, food/drinks weren't great quality, staff are amazing though, very good customer service, apart from that everything else was terrible sorry, other cinemas do a lot cheaper and a lot more quality put into their cinemas
Cinema is a little dated and needs an upgrade. Seats are hard and uncomfortable and escalator has been out of service for over a year and now lift is broke so if you can't do the stairs your screwed
