From the outside the cinema looks great. But the picture quality of screen 6 is shocking. The screen is huge but the ambient lighting just ruins the movie magic. Looking at each bottom corner of the screen you can see red lights projected on screens that's coming from the stairs. Very annoying also the picture could have been brighter seems too washed out but the sound is excellent.
Lovely cinema. Went to see TopGun Maverick in screenX. The staff were excellent as was the movie. Seats in the cinema were comfy with pleanty of room. I was a little disappointed with the screen X. Whilst it does give added emersion. For me it's a gimic that doesn't add to the movie like imax does for instance. My biggest gripe is that the screen image is poor quality its blury and not as crisp as it should be. I know its not imax but in 2022 I expect better quality so left disappointed especially as the film was no longer available in imax.
Watched Avatar 2 in Imax in 3D with my two sons, and we were completely blown away by the audio visual feast for the senses provided. We were completely immersed in and escaped to the world of the film. It did not feel like we'd been seated in the very comfortable seats for 3 and a half hours; we were so absorbed. Took our enjoyment and engagement with cinema experience to a whole new and groundbreaking level.
Overall, a memorable experience. Food, drinks and tickets didn't take long getting. We picked outs seats aheat. Cinema itself was nice and comfortable, though the trailers and previews did take quite a long time before our movie started and as I had a train to catch, I missed the last bits and ran late.

Really good day, watched One piece red 8/10 film. Really surprisingly prices on food cheap and the movie was in amazing quality with great sounds. Definitely recommend to go for family or friends
I love the IMAX screening room. Seats were very comfy and less people . 2D movie was good enough for us. Clean environment and toilet nearby too.
The only problem that me and my pregnant wife had was that the volume of the adverts were too loud that we were worried about it affecting our baby. I mean it was just way too loud. This was in screen 1 for Avatar on imax Thankfully the movies volume was lower. We would not have stayed if it remained too high. Everything else was excellent.
We went yesterday for Avatar 4DX at Cineworld Basildon. My daughter was excited as it was her first 4DX movie. There was no water effect present for our seats. Some seats had it. We were highly upset. There were just seats shaking, hardly a 4DX experience. Also, the movie is very long and it doesn't have any breaks in between. My daughter wanted to use the toilet but she didn't want to miss the movie too. It was very frustrating. They should have intermissions between the movies. I have written to customer services but no reply.
Quality screens. Comfortable seats. Easily the best cinema experience around. As with most cinemas, the food, snacks and drinks are very pricey.
