Great Location at great place.nLots of parking spaces available and lots of options for drink and food. There are games nearby and one can easily spend a day here even in typical British weather.nThere is Pizza hut near by, if you are a Greta fan of it.
Absolutely Gucci. Don't bother with Cineworld at festival leisure because Vue is fantastic. Even the basic seats are sooo comfortable, don't get me started on the power recliners with built in trays. Love it. Great staff and customer service too. Then the screen and sound quality tops it all off.
Great cinema with comfy seats and plenty of leg rooms but seats could be more clean. The quality of screen and sound system also good. Food and drinks available but but pricey. Staffs are friendly and tickets easy to buy on site or online. Clean and good toilet facilities with massive free car park.
Great cinema, love that they have all screens at this cineworld.nnThe unlimited pass has found to be very useful and love watching the secret screenings. The discounts provided for both inside the cinema and their partner restaurants are very useful and find myself using them quite oftennnStaff are very welcoming and help you as much as they can.
So okay. It's my fault. I booked the wrong day, but you would have thought as it was half an hour from the show time that they could arrange to the following day which I originally intended. No the policy is 2-hour cancellation. Take it or leave it. Oh and they don't have a telephone service anymore so you have to deal with email Via the website, and every time they respond the email address provided is a no reply. Thanks. Absolutely awful customer service
