Fairly standard cineworld. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Prices for tickets were acceptable. Drinks and snacks are massively overpriced. As to be expected. Toilets were clean and in order. Watched 'Back to Black' on screen 3. There was no issue with visuals or audio. Seats were comfortable and had plenty of leg room.
Love this place. lovely staff, relatively clean. As clean as you can keep a public place with high turnover. Would love Cineworld to train their employees on the audio description headsets and how to explain them to a blind person because they always panic and that's not fair. I already know how they work thankfully but each employee I've had has either just spoken to whomever I'm with or just panicked. I've also prewarned a few times before I come in that one will be needed and always miss the start of the film while waiting for the headset but not a major issuennOther than that We hire out screens each year for a large group and they are very helpful
Had the V.I.P experience today:nLoved the cinema experience, very comfy chairs and great viewing angles.nnAll you can eat was horrible. No tea, hot dogs not prepared, Ice cream was broken, no cheese for the nachos. The only good available was pizza, teriyaki noodles and spring rolls.nnFelt very overpriced for a limited buffet which is a shame as I've been before and it had been better. If this was my first experience I wouldn't come again and just opt for a standard cinema ticket elsewhere.
First time to this cinema. Initial impressions good, reclining comfortable seats with good leg room and the angle was great so no heads in the way. Then the bad.. the very bad. Unlucky to be in screen 5 which had a blown speaker in the wall ceiling half way down. Buzz buzz buzz with any bass or vocals. Ruined the movie. Would go again but if it said screen 5, would cancel. Mixed overall. Fix your sound system! My home Soundbar is way way better though was very expensive. Disappointed overall.
Went for 4DX and the place was amazing!! The tickets are definitely on the expensive side but with meerkat two for one is a good deal. The inside is great and lots of movie screens inside. The 4DX was great but our seats didn’t get any front spray so didn’t get the full experience but it was still great. The ice cream was great and the food choices was good too. Having some discounts for students or days will be even better.
