We will be back!! Millie was a fantastic host and the brekkie was lush Room was perfect - slept so well and bed really comfortable Beautiful setting with the horses directly opposite! Lovely 15min walk to the World Resorts Arena or a £7 Uber Would also be perfect if heading to the airport Would highly recommend - thank you again!

Absolutely fantastic. Stayed as we were at the Arnold's, and Camilla was really accommodating. We left before breakfast and she got us something for in our room before hand. Perfect location. My only thing that could be improved would be having a blackout curtain to block out some more light. But that's more before I struggle to sleep in new beds Cheers Camilla! Beautiful horses

Absolutely beautiful place and Camila the host is so lovely and welcoming. Very close to the airport and NEC. You can hear the planes frequently overhead but it didn't bother us. It was lovely hearing the horses out in the courtyard that was an added treat. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely go again. Thank you for a lovely stay. Very comfy beds x

Camilla was very helpful and accommodating , and greeted me and my partner with a smile. She also gave us recommendations for local eateries and taxis which made the whole experience very easy before travelling to the airport. The breakfast was very tasty and cooked to perfection.  The rooms were large with a nice ensuite. To top it off the bed was very comfy meaning a very good night's sleep . Being so close to the airport you hear the odd plane but the rooms block out nearly all that noise . Would 100% recommend

Lovely little spot with homely, country - style rooms. Sadly had a very early start so didn’t ask for breakfast but I imagine it would be fantastic. So close to the airport, NEC etc but feels like a different world. I actually loved being just under the flight path so close to the planes but the rooms are well enough sound proofed that it isn’t much of a problem if it’s not your thing. Reasonably priced especially when compared to the airport hotels etc nearby.
