Very impressed. Salespeople let you know they're there, if you have questions, without being pushy. They also work as a team to make sure you're always being looked after and focused in on our requirements, rather than the car they want to sell. Finding and buying the right car can be very stressful and the team, especially Dean, made the experience far more enjoyable. Other garages we visited were nowhere near as professional and I would certainly recommend you to friends and relatives.
A great experience from start to delivery of my vehicle. Dean was extremely helpful in sorting everything out as i had to do it all online as i did not live near the garage. Car is in great condition, price was fair and the buying purchase was easy - all sorted in a few days! The only disappointment was the car was delivered with no petrol which meant the first drive to the petrol station was a little nerve-racking but overall a good experience and would recommend to anyone!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Brilliant experience buying our car. Vijay was professional, welcoming and very helpful. Paul was also very friendly as was Julian. All made us feel very at easy, no pressure to buy and we can't thank them enough. WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL.
I have driven away today in a beautiful car and had the most fabulous and funny experience with Steve the sales man in the Wigan branch. I first went down last Saturday to look around and he was brilliant. He made it fun and relaxed we had good banter and he talked me through each step at my speed. Today collecting the car, he had all the paperwork ready, again went through step by step. He answered all my questions and he never once tried to hide anything he was open and honest. I don’t like going to dealerships as I feel harassed by some sales people but Steve was the complete opposite and it was his attitude that sold the deal. I hope the Wigan branch realise just how good he is. 5 star service from beginning to end. Thank you Steve
Took car for servicing for first time to Wigan Nissan. Everyone was so friendly, had a smile and very welcoming. At end of service, car was washed too which was nice. The young girl who is training up then took me back to my car. A truely excellent customer service provided here from outset to completion. Will be coming back for sure.
An absolute pleasure to deal with. Paul Atherton made the experience very refreshing with his down to earth attitude and straightforward information delivery. Any issues with the vehicle were dealt with before delivery exactly as discussed. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks
I was weary at first about buying a car online but from seeing the car online to the delivery by Paul Atherton it was seamless. Speaking with Paul before delivery and at the time of delivery and a courtesy call a week later made me reassured about my purchase..Great job and great car my wife loves it!
The experience from fist contact to ordering our new car has been excellent . Bryan and Nicola at Wigan are very polite and professional.
I came too early for my appointment but someone else offered coffee and looked after me. Dean was very gentle and I could relax whole time even though when making a big purchase.
We bought a fiat 500x a couple of months ago, well the sales team looked after us well I wish I could same the same about after sales . Had the car for approx 8 weeks and during that time we have had it 4 week in our possession as it keeps going back to have jobs sorted out , would help if they where not so slow and kept you up to date but they don't ,Constantly chasing . They give you a hire car but excess is a thousand pounds so you don't really want to drive unless you really need to . We chose Chorley group as we had read some great reviews and they have been around for years but this has completely ruined our experience and am very unlikely to purchase another car from them again Would be one star if it wasn't for the great sales guy And when they reply to your review on atp saying a manager will contact you that's a complete lie . Don't know what is wrong with this company maybe they don't know how to use our going call on there phone
