Chorley Auto Volk is a fabulous place to have your German car serviced and repaired. I love the people there. I’m treated like a member of the family. They will always get the job done and at the best possible price. I needed a new starter button put on my Audi A5 Cab and Sean made sure it was put in correctly…despite my ‘help’! Shout outs to Fred of course Patsie, Jessica, Gavin and the man of the moment Sean. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. They also solved a known issue with notchy steering on the 2012/13 MY Audi A5’s. If you have that issue they can solve it at a v reasonable price.

I have been going to this garage for almost a year now and every time I go there I feel welcomed and treated like family. They do not hesitate to help me when I require it and whenever I had a query or general worry about my car, they have been there to fix it or reassure me. One particular time was when an alert came up in my car for a service but I had had a service earlier that year. They reassured me that it went off as I had surpassed 10,000 miles and checked my oil levels regardless. They went above and beyond by checking everything else which included my tyre pressures, battery percentage as well as topping up my oil and screen wash. This was all for free despite myself offering to pay and gave me sound advice about the upkeep of my car. As a woman who is not very confident about cars but has some basic knowledge, they allow me to take charge in the decision making and when I ask for advice or to be educated in something, they take the time to do this for me which I really appreciate.  I highly recommend this garage for any queries or repairs that are needed for your car!Services:&nbsp;Oil change

I love this place ! The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. We’ve had quite a few problems with my car and Chorley Autovolk have got me booked in the same day and either sorted the problem there and then or given me a better time to take my car. The team at Autovolk are amazing.  I have been using them now for about 18 years and they always go the extra mile. I have just used Chorley Auto Volk for the first time for a cam belt change and was very impressed.  Right from first contact the nice girl in the office sorry missed her name was extremely helpful and organised. When I arrived the tall chap with a southern accent looked like Chorley's answer to George Clooney, was likewise very nice to deal with. Extra points for the steering wheel and footwell cover.  Lovely people to deal with, good price and very knowledgeable.  Thanks again, will be back.
