Friendly down to earth people who do not BS you and treat you like a human being. Excellent service and quality of care, as well as value for money. I waited whilst my vehicle was in the garage for diagnostic purposes and I was looked after extremely well, even by the cleaning staff who brought me coffee. I was exceedingly happy to have my car keys returned to me and I was told that the repair was done, so no need to return for more works to be done. Fantastic!!!!!!!! Dean and Len are an asset to the company as are the mechanics who dealt with the problem. Huge THANK YOU.

Terrible. Ended up waiting around for absolutely ages and the result was a complete waste of time. They offered terrible value and I was able to get a way better deal from every one of the other places I tried. My advice would be to go elsewhere.

Disappointed. I called the day before to view a Ford Focus.I said i'll be there sometime in the day. They said fine. Drove 26 miles there only to be shown the car externally they couldn't open the car due to flat battery. I understand this is normal. They managed to unlock the car and showed me a muddy mouldy interior. They said they need a charging cable which is in the service department that is closed to open the boot and start the engine. The cheek to ask if i was free on Monday.

This rating is based on my experience with the service team. My car had it's MOT yesterday and after having an awful experience with the Preston service team the Chorley service was the complete opposite. Excellent customer service from the minute I walked through the door. I would have waited until the next day, as they where very busy, but they had my car back ready for me to drive to work. Maybe they should send a few of you over to Preston and you can show them what good customer service looks like.
