John and the team looked after my requirements speedily and professionally. Kept me informed and delivered on their promises. Nice welcome and friendly service. Would recommend.

First and final visit. Booked a tyre change through Asda tyres, turned up on time to be told they don't honour time slots booked on that website and that I'd need to leave my car to be done when it suited them. If this is how you work then make it clear from the outset so you don't waste peoples time. I'm quite new to the area so you had a chance to potentially gain a customer for life, now I will avoid you because of a basic lack of customer service.

Appalling place - the manager is rude and aggressive, it's been a long time since I was patronised for being a woman in a garage but this chap has it down to a fine art.. disgraceful.

Great service, would definitely recommend. Had an issue with Black Circles and their appointment times, rang the Garage and John stayed late and fit the tyres for me that night! Couldn’t of asked for more!
