I sometimes read reviews and wonder if the reviewer has been to a different place 
I read the  review by James who ended up at American golf 
I think his review reflects the service there not at Chilli Dip
If he thinks being allowed to browse without being pestered is a fault and the staff not being pushy is a problem then I think he's  gone to  the right place if he's  ended up at American golf 
I use the range to iron out my little faults and recieve valuable free advice and also attend group sessions and have one to one coaching 
I'm  no spring chicken but over the last couple of years the staff have helped me get my handicap down 3.3 to 6.5
I have purchased golf clubs and clothing and I've  always been extremely  happy with the service

Used the driving range here with the kids. Good fun and and inexpensive way to spend an hour or so whacking balls. Seemed to have a fairly good range of clubs etc in the shop.

I've found the staff unhelpful and the customer service within the golf store was very poor and as a result went to the nearest alternative, American golf who were absolutely brilliant with me. Here at chilli dip golf store I found the senior members of staff in the store lacking enthusiasm and were also very uninterested with me as a customer. For this reason I will never even buy another product from chilli dip and will be first to pass this message on to others. If your looking for advice this is the last place to come!
