Stay away! Nasty old food!! I just ordered a bunch of burgers and chicken strips. The strips were off and we wanted to throw up. I called to complain they said they'll take care of it. An hour later nothing. I called again for an update and was told there's nothing they can do. We're hoping we won't get food poisoning. Never again.

Placed an order with Hungryhouse - food didn't even arrive even though they had accepted the order and amended the estimated time. Avoid this place. No one answered the phone or even contacted me regarding the order. Absolutely disgusted with their poor idea of customer service.

I ordered at 10 PM. Food was never delivered. When we decided to call, they were already closed. However, I called back today at 4 PM. The lady on the phone agreed food was not delivered. Tried to give nonsense excuses. Promised to call back and never did. Anyway, after several calls. I managed to talk with the manager. Who also was coming with a lot of b*****t. Saying they need to investigate etc. When I mentioned his staff already confirmed delivered wasn't made, he turned to her. I could hear them shouting each other on the background. Then line was cutted off. I tried several times and they never picked up the phone. I decided to call just eat and explained the situation. Fortunately I had a gentleman who handled the complaint with professionalism and was well mannered. Awaiting for a refund now. Which I trust "just eat" won't fail us.

So been going there for years and then to be told we will charge 50 pence to use my card I go there 3 times a week for a munch on my way home the staff are ok but I don't agree that when I collect they want to charge me 50 pence when delivery is freee I dont care about50 pence just principle .

The delivery was fast however, the chicken they had provided us was old and had a bad taste to it, when I called them back their customer service skills are terrible refused to give us a refund. I would HIGHLY recommend not going here for food.
