Awful customer service. Staff very rude. Sent 3 out of 4 pizzas wrong and when phoned to complain sounded like they were having a great time laughing and joking so no wonder they got the order wrong. Kept me waiting for an answer for almost 10 mins while they were still laughing and joking which I could here as they didn't put me on hold. When they finally came back on they'd decided to resend the order but I would have to wait up to another hour as I was back in the queue and they had other orders to complete. When i told the this was not good enough heard them saying I didn't want to wait in the queue. Then when I asked to speak to the manager he was TOO BUSY to talk to me. Started speaking in another language so I couldn't understand anymore of the conversation they're end. Called main customer service who were very helpful and understanding. In all if you want Pizza Hut and this is your local make a collection from a different branch or go somewhere else.

The most worst service ever, terrible customer service and very rude. The last time we ordered 2 pizzas. And one of them were delivered completely destroyed. We call and they promised us a 50% discount for the next order for that issue and they said that they leaved a note on the system. This two weeks ago. Today we call them to order other pizzas and they complete ignore that. They were says no it was 5% discount, we can't do that, we didn't say that to you. Very terrible and lying customers service. They just lose a customer.

Really bad customer service, bad hearing and memory loss. Get a better job, go to college its down the road. I asked for some chicken and got some mushrooms and a bad stomach. I am now going to dominoes.

pizza taste great and was ready before the time expected really impressed with the receptionist Rico . Gave me a great deal and was very polite even helped me take my order to my car even though it was raining , great first time experience .

The pizza here is HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING as the tomato sauce for the pizza taste different perhaps has a new ingredient/ recipe which tastes far from good 🤮🤢💩🍕 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TBH
