AVOID!!! Have been a loyal customer but the customer service is an absolute joke! Website is always down and orders being messed up. Tonight I've waited over 2hours 30mins for an order. No offer of a discount or refund and they hang up on you when you attempt to speak to the manager. Order through their website and they'll take your money and not deliver the food. Time to boycott this excuse for a professional business

Ordered at 7.30 - arrived at 9.40 no phone call or update - advised to come and get it! Just dreadful - will never ever use again - hopeless But it was very tasty - just not reliable enougj

I usually like the food here and we have ordered from Hana about 10 times in the past. I called to order takeaway yesterday evening and the woman who took my order was so rude! She kept barking at me over the phone and shouting which was really odd, saying she can't take details over the phone and I must visit with chip and pin. This then changed when I queried it and she said 'need billing address OK?!' I said yes that's not a problem why didn't you say so, she continued to be rude and practically hung up on me. Just awful customer service, I mean it's always pretty bad but this was something else! We would never order from here again just out of principle, you don't want my business and money, fine I'll go elsewhere!! Sort out your customer service and how you treat customers for goodness sake!!!
