Never order from this pizza hut. They give cold piazza, burnt food and refuse to fix the issue. Not worth the money here at all. Don’t be fooled! Just look at the other bad reviews, says it all. The manager fasil is rude & I complained to head office regarding the hut and the manager which they are now investigating due to other complaints! 0 stars!!!

Worst pizza ever. !!! Ordered 3 of the £5 pizzas, 2 pepperoni and 1 veg. Pizzas arrived 1 hour later- even though its a 30 second walk from my front door. All 3 were burnt, stone cold and rock hard. The base was acturely crunchy an the cheese was rock hard. Even the edges were black because they were so burnt. I totally understand why each pizza was a fiver however I wouldn't take pizza from here again even if it was free. I called them to complain but no answer, so called them again 2 days in a row and was just put on hold each time. I've just given up now. I will never order from there or from any pizza hut again. I also suggest no one else does either!!! Wouldn't even rate 1 star but it wont let me post this review without selecting 1.

Ordered a meal deal online tonight. The order was sent through to this branch as its the nearest branch to me.It arrived in 40 minutes, which was good..but the food it self was awful.The boxes were squashed & felt damp & soggy, the pizzas were cold & the cheesy garlic bread was all soggy & doughy & was all stuck to the lid of the box. This was totally inedible. Phoned the store to complain. The manager said they couldn't do anything as it was fine when it left them & it arrived within the estimated time...My complaint is now in the hands of The Customer Services team.

Ordered two pizzas at 7.15 on a Saturday night - delivered at 7.40. Perfectly good Pizza Hut pizza.

PLEASE YOU DON"T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE . 2 hour delivery wait, undercooked pizza, terrible customer service.
