Was one of my favorite sushi restaurant in London but the quality is going down every day. It's a pity.Food: 3/5
Don't know what happened with them. Was ordering regularly and was happy with the food but the last few orders were disappointing. Especially the beef tataki and the sashimi tasted old. Food doesn't look fresh and missing ingredients. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from them anymore even though was one of my favorite places.
Food safety risk here. Got my order delivered by UBER EATS who basically refuses to pay me back even if unable to eat the food. The rolls smelled bad, the fish was poorly handled. Dumplings came cold, hard as stone and greasy. The ramen was so poorly made that it became a glued mass of noodles. UBER EATS assigned a driver that turned out to be completely someone else, what kind of safety towards customers is that? People can just switch places and bypass their system very easily. I demanded a full refund as the food would probably make you sick. Very bad service from both parties, restaurant and UBER EATS. I wouldn’t recommend either of them. Stay safe folks
I’ve ordered a fish roll club sushi set 24 pcs , straight away there was a smell of rotten fish, it was very old everything inside, salmon ,cucumber was rotten, avocado was black. My friend and I had a peace each, it was horrible, we both feel sick. It’s really dangerous to serve raw fish that is old
I've been ordering with them for over a year regularly and had always been satisfied with both quality of food and customer service. Since they changed the menu you cannot order inari rolls without chilli, still wondering why it needs to be there in the first place. Comments are ignored most of the time made once a commecial gesture for some many messed up orders. I'm no longer ordering there anymore, cause I can bin my inari rolls everytime now. The new app is also a disaster, don't use it.
I ordered chicken katsu curry and that also on offer. It was delicious. The taste was great and portion was also good. Overall I’ll give it a 4 stars. It was tasty. Must try Thank you sushi expresss Kilburn, will order again.

Online exp: uber eats driver was unable to deliver food so I had to call up my bank to get my money back. Going there on person exp: I love their Spider rolls SR7 I recommend to anyone to give it a try. Definitely coming back here to order and kind staff. Nice staff and customer service and they prepare the sushi very quick usually 10 mins. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian friendly
Was a little unsure because of some of the reviews but this place is great! I ordered edamame, king prawn tempura & crunchy prawn roll with chilli mayo and they were all so good it arrived still hot and tasted really fresh! definitely will order from here again!
I've been ordering from them for the past 3 years and It's my number one place to order sushi for takeaway. It's authentic, the quality is amazing, it's a fair price and the service is great! I always order the tempura roll IT'S THE BEST, and every now and then I try something new. Not once have I been let down.
