Love this book shop. Great range of titles and they can always offer suggestions of what would be a good read for my children. My children really enjoy going here and driving their love of reading.

What a lovely bookshop to have on our doorstep. It's brilliant, they run workshops, classes, tutition and most importantly help organise great street parties for the locals!

Absolutely lovely book shop. Even before I entered I spotted books with people of colour on the front. This is rare on the high street The owner was also brilliant at recommending more for me based on my nephew's age and interests. Very happy to support.

So much more than just a book store.

Lovely little bookstore. Books labelled and presented beautifully, cosy corner with sofa and toys for the little ones, plus the shop itself was painted and decorated really uniquely and nice. The staff member was really friendly and gave us a loyalty card and free badges! Would definitely visit again, as me and my daughter wanted to buy all the books! :

Mrs Chicken Natasha is brilliant. She can order in pretty much anything and is solo knowledgeable. She is friendly and has great customer service too. Not just for kids. Would give 10 stars if possible, brilliant.

What an incredible place to visit. It's not just a shop, it's the whole experience that makes the Chicken and Frog and absolute must. The owners are very welcoming, helpful and brilliant with children. Our baby shrieks with delight whenever she sees the shop from across the road and loves her time there. Thank you for everything that you do!

A lovely shop with a wide variety of great books and activities for kids of all ages most days. It's obvious that Natasha and Jim genuinely care about getting kids interested in reading and learning. Well worth a visit.
