We had 2 large lanterns installed in our new extension.  One was fine the other one we had a leak.  Tried saying it was roof so we paid to seal roof again even though we knew it wasn’t that.  Had no sense of urgency even though it was leaking said they would come out in few days.  Eventually came and sealed it.  Again it leaked tested it sealed again.

Few weeks later more rain just finished all our extension all painting done again and it’s leaking again.

Rang shop no calls returned,  attidude don’t care almost said they would come back Monday which is after the weekend with more rain forecasted.  

Will not use them again very disappointed this had cost a lot of money and I will be expecting them to replace the lantern and not try to fob us off anymore

A welcome addition to Billericay. Lovely showroom with a nice selection of products and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
